Life is Chaotic. Life gives us lots of opportunities to struggle and be stressed. But it’s not the events and activities that create stress but the meaning we take out of those events, what we decided to do or not to do, and the type of support we have to help us through it that makes a BIG difference in the quality of our lives.
I knew this but it wasn’t until after leading my Empower Yourself: a Wellness Adventure that the need for a community of women to support one another in their wellness journeys especially in stressful times YELLED at me.
This is why I decided to create the Facebook group “From Chaos to Centered for the Busy Woman.”
This is a safe space for busy women to express without fear of judgement both their stress struggles and successes. To be reminded that you can’t poor from an empty cup. To be uplifted, seen, heard, and supported and not feel ashamed for not “having it all under control” or “looking your best.”
