This plan was Fantastic! My favorite thing was the shopping list. It was easy, got me out of my comfort zone to purchase more interesting things than just chicken and broccoli and more importantly saved me tons of time and money! I did not grab impulse buys or things I really didn’t need due to having no idea what to make for the week. Food was very tasty and for someone who thinks cooking is Kraft Macaroni and Cheese because it involves a stove, had no problem preparing the meals. Can’t wait for the next one to be available as well so I have a full month of meals I can just repeat, so needless to say would definitely recommend to anyone, at any stage of getting healthy.
