I’ve been experimenting with different #smoothiebowls and I found a winner!
Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chia pudding or coconut yogurt
- 1 T (or large scoop) nut butter
- 2 fist full of spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup crushed ice (or 4-6 ice cubes) *blend together well and leave blender running for a bit
- dash of cinnamon
- hemp hearts
- raw pumpkin seeds
- shredded coconut
- berries or other fruit
- granola
BASE
TOPPINGS
Instructions
- If you don't have a strong blender, start with the non frozen ingredients and blend, then add frozen.
- Pour base into bowl
- Add your favorite fruit, super foods & crunchy stuff on top
- Scoop with a spoon & ENJOY!
