Smoothie Bowl Recipe

I’ve been experimenting with different #smoothiebowls and I found a winner!

Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

    BASE
  • 1/2 cup Chia pudding or coconut yogurt
  • 1 T (or large scoop) nut butter
  • 2 fist full of spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice (or 4-6 ice cubes) *blend together well and leave blender running for a bit
  • dash of cinnamon
  • TOPPINGS
  • hemp hearts
  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • berries or other fruit
  • granola

Instructions

  1. If you don't have a strong blender, start with the non frozen ingredients and blend, then add frozen.
  2. Pour base into bowl
  3. Add your favorite fruit, super foods & crunchy stuff on top
  4. Scoop with a spoon & ENJOY!
