This online program is 7 weeks of yoga sweat ‘n release classes and discovering different ways to flush out toxins with certain yoga poses, breath-work, nutrition & mindset tools.

It is not an elimination diet, about food constricting, beating your body up, or a juice cleanse. It's about creating the right conditions for the body to heal itself! Many times our body gets bogged down and needs a little refresh and support to help it work better - like getting an oil change on your car. You will feel lighter, more at ease, have more energy, be and look more vibrant.
Each week you will learn and discover a different release/detox technique to help your body heal itself naturally. There are 5 major organs that help your body’s natural ability to detox and 1 system (that’s sometimes forgotten) that’s so important for clearing cell waste.
