Sweet Dark Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2/3 cup frozen dark cherries
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed butter, lightly sweetened
- 1/2 frozen banana
- dash of cinnamon
- a fist full of spinach
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender with liquid at the bottom for easy blending.
- Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
